From the comfort of a chartered pontoon boat, you and your family can set sail for the International Gateway near World Showcase Lagoon to watch the skies light up over Epcot Seven Seas Lagoon or take a Bay Lake cruises to see Happily Ever After fireworks over Magic Kingdom. Pontoons feature synchronized audio onboard to fully immerse you in the moment. It’s an incredible finale to the festivities!
I took my parents on the Illuminations cruise and they loved it! We boarded at the Yacht Club. Our captain took us on a boat ride around the Lagoon telling us fun facts about the area...including pointing out the room that Johnny Depp stay in when he is visiting Walt Disney World.
My father has mobility issues and we found the cruise not only a fun special treat, but also a hassle free way to enjoy the fireworks as we avoided the crowds in the parks. We then took a private shuttle to our resort, but now with the Minnie Vans you could take this back to your resort if not staying at the resort you take the tour from. The Minnie Vans can even accommodate a wheelchair or electric scooter.
